Moira exposed in Emmerdale

Ever since Lewis arrived on the scene and started asking difficult questions, it was only a matter of time before the fact Moira mu&dered Emma Barton was revealed.

Ross tried to convince Lewis that Adam k!lled Emma and that’s why he’s on the run. But Lewis knew something fishy was going on. When he found out Mack and Ross were trying to rob him of his marijuana plants, he used that as leverage to blackmail Ross into revealing all.

Lewis joined the dots and Ross called Moira, who admitted she did push Emma off the bridge. Lewis was devastated and despite all the facts being thrown at him about how awful Emma was and how she wanted to d!e, Lewis couldn’t get past the fact he’d been robbed of the chance to meet his mother.

As Moira insisted it was fine if Lewis wanted to go to the police, Ross laid down the law. He told Lewis he had no proof, it was his word against theirs and that if he went to the cops, Ross would report him for his weed farm in the attic.

It made Lewis stop and think, but with him so determined to see Moira punished, will he report her anyway?

Is Moira leaving Emmerdale as fears rise of a soap exit?

It’s currently uncertain whether Lewis will go to the police. But Moira has had a tough time of it and is still standing.

Having recently recovered from her brain tumour, would Emmerdale really have Moira exit now after such a huge battle?

Neither the soap, nor Natalie J Robb, who plays Moira, has confirmed Moira is leaving the show, which suggests she’s staying put for now. And with a new storyline ahead that sees her go head to head with new farmer, Celia, it seems unlikely Lewis’ discovery will seal her exit.

There’s plenty more life left in Moira yet, and more battles to fight. But how will things end with her and Lewis? Will he forgive and forget – and come to understand why she did what she did? Or will he never let it go and find another way to make Moira pay?
