BBC Breakfast’s Sally Nugent stunned in a candid holiday photo.

Sally Nugent surprised fans by posting a candid holiday photo, seemingly taken during a lavish trip abroad over the festive season. The BBC Breakfast host, 54, looked effortlessly chic in black embroidered shorts, delicate stiletto heels, a high-neck black top, and diamond drop earrings, while appearing to push a golf cart at a luxury resort. The natural beauty kept her make-up light, highlighting her natural tan with bronze makeup and her signature brunette tresses worn in a simple, sleek style. The image delighted fans, who had previously raved over her enviable physique after she posted a snap of her soaking up the sunshine beside a crystal-clear swimming pool, with palm trees, blue skies, and calm sea views creating a picture-perfect backdrop.

Seated on a black-and-white striped towel, Sally gazed out towards the ocean with her legs stretched out, one toe gently dipping into the water. She showed off her toned figure in a white crop top teamed with cream-coloured shorts, proving she looks just as glamorous off-duty as she does on screen.

The relaxed poolside snap marked a striking contrast to the polished looks viewers are used to seeing during her early-morning BBC Breakfast appearances.

Sally appeared to credit a personal trainer for building her toned pins, as she tagged Cheshire-based bootcamp founder Nicky, who runs classes on a daily basis for her VIP clients that “focus on progression and personal growth, you’ll find the perfect balance between challenge and support”.

In the comment section, fans raved over the photo as one typed: “Look gorgeous! Here’s to 2026 for us all.” A second replied in reference to Sally pushing the golf cart: “Did Nicky’s Bootcamp make you do a workout?” The BBC presenter explained: “No! Our buggy just had a little moment of doubt on the way home.” While another remarked, “You look good, hun, all the best.”

Back in December, Sally visibly became emotional while sharing devastating news from Australia as fifteen people lost their lives in a shooting incident at Bondi Beach, which happened as many attended an event celebrating the opening day of the Jewish festival of Hanukkah.

Her fellow presenter Jon Kay shared: “Mourners have been gathering to pay their respects to the victims, who were aged from 10 to 87.”

“Police say the two gunmen were a 50-year-old father who died at the scene and his 24-year-old son, who remains in hospital in a critical condition,” Sally added.
