FANS have spotted what they say is a rather ‘subtle jab’ Adam Peaty directed at his estranged parents during his wedding speech.

The Olympic swimmer tied the knot with Gordon Ramsay’s daughter Holly last weekend, but a clip of his wedding speech has now revealed what fans think was a swipe at his family.

The wedding had a star-studded guest list, including the Beckhams and several other famous faces, despite some notable absent loved ones from Adam’s side.

The lead up to the wedding was full of drama after Adam, 31, reportedly uninvited his parents – Caroline and Mark.

Only Adam’s sister Bethany attended from his side, serving as a bridesmaid alongside Holly’s sisters, Tilly and Megan.

This came after Adam’s feud with his mum exploded last month when she was not invited to Holly’s hen do.

The Olympian has now shared a clip from his wedding speech on Instagram, in which he declared he would “always choose” Holly.

As Adam made the promise, he was seen getting emotional and wiping tears from his eyes.

But fans have since weighed in on the emotional vow, with one person commenting under the video: “I’ll always choose you – hmmmm, can’t help but wonder how Victoria [Beckham] felt hearing that sentence, especially since it’s the same one Brooklyn keeps using in his posts as a subtle jab at his family.”

This comment touched upon the ongoing Beckham family feud since Brooklyn married wife Nicola Peltz.

The ongoing feud was sparked when Brooklyn and Nicola seemingly snubbed David Beckham‘s 50th birthday celebrations earlier this year.

Then, after months of rumours, Brooklyn vowed he will “always choose” his wife Nicola.

Fans are now drawing comparison between the Beckham feud and the Peaty fallout.

Fans have been commenting on photos shared of the wedding since the snaps dropped.

Under one set of photos, one fan penned: “I expect the Beckhams are sickened by the behaviour of their ‘besties’ given that Brooklyn is doing exactly this to them.”

Former footballer Sir David Beckham, his wife, fashion designer Lady Beckham, and their youngest children Romeo, Cruz and Harper were among the celebrity guests in attendance.

While Brooklyn was missing after falling out with his dad and blocking his whole family on social media.
