Holly Ramsay and Adam Peaty tied the knot over the weekend in a lavish, star-studded celebration.

Over the weekend, Holly Ramsay and Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty finally tied the knot in one of the most anticipated celebrity weddings of the festive season. After a tumultuous lead-up to the lavish ceremony, the 25-year-old walked hand-in-hand with her proud, famous father, Gordon Ramsay, as they walked into the stunning Bath Abbey. With the streets lined up with cheering fans and security guards, the pair beamed as they smiled at the crowds while making their way into the iconic church.

However, as the father-daughter duo emerged from the car, many noted that Holly’s wedding gown was hidden from the public, as she had donned a long, white silk cloak over the dress. All that was visible was the gown’s lace lining peeking at the bottom and her veil, which was clipped into her high ponytail. It has now been revealed that Holly’s princess-style dress was kept secret from onlookers for a good reason.

Holly will be featured in Vogue on New Year’s Day, and it is there that her dress will finally be unveiled. It has also been revealed that Holly got changed during her special day.

She is said to have worn two different dresses during her reception, and one of those was her mother’s, Tana, which she wore when she married the TV chef in 1996.

In a touching nod to their close bond, Holly and Tana shared another sweet detail with their wedding outfits as they wore matching shoes. Although Holly’s dress was kept largely covered from the press, fans were able to see her Amina Muaddi slingback lace heels.

The mother of the bride looked like a vision in an emerald green gown, and she opted to wear the same shoes, but in black.

Meanwhile, Gordon hung up his chef’s whites and looked polished in a smart black three-piece suit, complete with a black bow tie and polished shoes.

As for Holly’s dress design, there is considerable speculation that the gown was handcrafted by family friend and fashion designer Victoria Beckham, who also attended the star-studded celebration.

The Spice Girl was joined by her iconic husband, David Beckham, alongside three of their children, Romeo, 23, Cruz, 22, and Harper, 14.

Although this has yet to be confirmed, it has been reported in HELLO! magazine that Victoria has been using more lace “accents” in her recent collections, and Holly’s wedding dress included delicate “meshwork at the neckline”.
