One controversial Strictly Come Dancing star will be swapping out the BBC ballroom for the late-night politics panel show.

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Thomas Skinner has sparked a major row online just weeks after he joined Reform UK. On Friday (January 20), former Big Brother star Narinder Kaur took to X – formerly known as Twitter – to call out BBC bosses for not inviting her on Question Time. Her frustration follows Konstantin Kisin, the host of the Triggernometry podcast, being invited on the politics show this week.
Sharing a snap of the announcement about the guests on the late-night show, she fumed: “I have messaged @bbcquestiontime before about being a panellist, I shall try once more. Now I’m not sure why the BBC can platform him but not me, or even better – Sangita Myska?”
Moments after sharing the post, the Apprentice star took one more swipe at the broadcaster with a crushing blow. He revealed: “I know you mad about me going on Strictly… I think this one might wind you up as well [three cry-laughing emojis] Question Time Bosh [heart emoji].”
Alongside his post, he shared a screenshot of an email he received from a BBC producer about taking part on the show, hosted by Fiona Bruce. The email discussed the star’s travel arrangements for his upcoming appearance on the show, which appear to be paid for by the production manager.
Hours later, Narinder responded to his post with a minute-long video where she shared her frustration with the corporation online. She began: “So Thomas Skinner has just tweeted me that he’s had an invite to be on BBC Question Time as a panellist. Good luck to you mate, Bosh. I’ve been boshed again.

“But that’s not the issue here; that’s fine, good luck to you. I messaged a producer on there a year ago, and I got ghosted, fine. I didn’t talk about it, that’s fine. They don’t have to have me on, that’s up to them, no one’s obligated.
“But I do want to know why you’ll have Thomas Skinner, Reform fan, and you had on that man last night who said that Rishi Sunak couldn’t be English because he’s a brown Hindu. So, you’re happy for them, but I don’t know what your problem is with me.
“Genuinely BBC, I stick up for you, I’m a fan of BBC, but you won’t have me on. What is it about left-leaning opinionated brown women? I need to send a postcard.” It didn’t take long for viewers to flock to the comments to share their thoughts on the unexpected announcement.
One user penned: “Wow, I am tuning in for this one definitely. What’s your specialist subject?”, as another chuckled: “Tom, don’t take this the wrong way, but I don’t think you’ll be put in charge of redacting files anytime soon.” A third chimed in with: “Go on it, Tom, please, even just to wind her up!!!” as a fourth echoed: “Looking forward to it, I can’t watch it when all the panellists are lefty loons [thumbs up emoji].”
