Piers Morgan delivered a scathing verdict after recent photos of the former prince dropped.

The US Department of Justice released over three million pages of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Friday (January 30), six weeks after a deadline mandated in a law signed by US President Donald Trump. In two of the images, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor can be seen kneeling over an unidentified woman. One photo, the former prince is seen touching the person, who is fully clothed, on her stomach. Another image shows him staring directly at the camera. The photographs appear to match the interior of Epstein’s New York City mansion. Andrew strongly denies any wrongdoing.

Piers Morgan has weighed in on the scandal after an alleged email exchange between Andrew and Epstein have also been released, with claims the former duke invited him to Buckingham Palace. In a huge blow to the royals, the Uncensored host, 60, suggested “it’s long overdue” Andrew and Lord Peter Mandelson are fully interrogated by investigating authorities.

In an explosive post on X, Piers tweeted: “It’s long overdue time that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Peter Mandelson submitted themselves to being properly interrogated under oath by the Epstein investigating authorities.”

He accompanied the post with a photo of Andrew and Lord Mandelson together.

The pictures are likely to put further pressure on Andrew, who has faced years of scrutiny over his past friendship with Epstein. He has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew and the Duke of York, was stripped of his royal titles in October after increasing scrutiny over his links to Epstein.

Separate emails released on Friday also suggest Epstein invited Andrew to have dinner with a 26-year-old woman, in an email exchange between Epstein and “The Duke”.

Meanwhile, Lord Mandelson says he has resigned his membership of the Labour Party as he does not want to “cause further embarrassment” by his links to the late convicted paedophile Epstein.

Documents suggest Epstein made $75,000 (£55,000) in payments to Lord Mandelson in three separate $25,000 transactions in 2003 and 2004.

In his letter to Labour’s general secretary on Sunday, Lord Mandelson said: “I have been further linked this weekend to the understandable furore surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and I feel regretful and sorry about this.”

The former cabinet minister, who was sacked as US ambassador last year amid his connections to Epstein, appeared in the latest release of files by the US Department of Justice on Friday.
