GB News hosts Ben Leo and Bev Turner were joined on Friday’s edition of the Late Show Live by Neil Gardiner, a member of The Heritage Foundation, a conservative US think tank in Washington DC. Mr Gardiner has called for Prince Harry to testify before Congress over whether the royal disclosed his alleged drug use on his US visa. The foundation alleges that the prince concealed his past use of drugs, which should have disqualified him from obtaining a US visa. The allegations are around his claims in his memoir Spare, where he referred to taking cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms. Application forms for US visas specifically ask about current and past drug use.
Mr Gardiner warned the Duke of Sussex should be “stripped off his titles” like his uncle Prince Andrew. Speaking on The Late Show Live, Mr Gardiner claimed that Andrew was being used as a “political weapon” by the Democrats, who have demanded he testifies before Congress over his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

Responding to Ben Leo’s suggestion that Andrew could be being used as a scapegoat for other Epstein-linked figures, Mr Gardiner said: “I do think that Andrew’s being used as a political weapon here by the Democrats.
“I do think actually, there’s a far stronger case for Prince Harry to be called to testify before Congress about his illegal drug use.
“After all, he was allowed entry into the United States. That’s a very big issue.”
Providing further context, host Bev Turner explained: “I’m sure everyone will remember this story about Harry saying in his book, Spare, that he had taken drugs.”

Mr Gardiner added that the “stakes are very high for Prince Harry”.
Concluding the discussion, Ben said that the “the precedent has now been set” for “stripping titles”, and asked Mr Gardiner whether Prince Harry should suffer the same fate as his disgraced uncle.
Margaret Thatcher’s former aide said: “Harry should lose his his title, 100 per cent”.
His comments come after Andrew was stripped of his “prince” title and will leave his Windsor mansion, Royal Lodge, Buckingham Palace has announced.
King Charles has “initiated a formal process” to remove his titles, it said, and Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.
Andrew, 65 – the King’s younger brother – has continued to face more questions about his private life in recent months.
His links to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein have caused problems for the Royal Family. The prince, who relinquished his titles this month, has always strongly denied any wrongdoing.
