Internet Sleuths Uncover Creepy Jake Paul Coincidence After Anthony Joshua’s Involvement In Deadly Accident
Someone has seemingly blamed Jake Paul for Anthony Joshua’s deadly accident.

Joshua was involved in a collision in Nigeria just 10 days after his sixth-round knockout win over the YouTuber.
Two people were killed, but the British boxer only sustained minor injuries.
One X user took to the platform to highlight previous Paul opponents who had gone through less-than-ideal situations.
“Since Jake Paul fought Askren, Chavez Jr and Anthony Joshua, 1 almost died from a collapsed lung, 1 was Arrested and Deported, 1 was in a deadly accident,” they wrote.

Ben Askren fought Paul back in 2021. He dealt with a severe bout of pneumonia earlier this year, which led to a collapsed lung. He only survived because of a lung transplant.
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. was arrested and deported days after fighting Paul because of alleged ties to the Sinaloa Cartel. He was taken into custody in his native Mexico upon arrival.

Then there was Joshua.

According to Nigeria’s Road Safety Corps, the 36-year-old Joshua was traveling in an SUV that collided with a stationary truck during an overtaking maneuver. It’s said that the vehicle was being driven “beyond the legally prescribed speed limit.”
Videos of Joshua being pulled from the wreckage showed him wincing in pain. An eyewitness said he was unconscious for several minutes after the collision.
He was hospitalized with minor injuries but lost two of his friends.
Of the three Paul opponents, the Watford-born heavyweight is the only one who beat him. As noted above, he landed his knockout blow in the sixth round of their Netflix fight.
Paul sent a heartfelt message to Joshua after news of the fatal crash.
“Life is much more important than boxing. I am praying for the lost lives, AJ and anyone impacted by today’s unfortunate accident,” he wrote in a tweet.
“RIP Sina Ghami and Kevin “Latif / Latz” Ayodele. My thoughts and prayers are with their families and friends and AJ,” he added in another.
Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu also offered condolences following the tragedy.
