Sue Radford has stunned fans of 22 Kids and Counting after showing off her noticeable weight loss in a new mirror selfie shared online.

The mother-of-22, 50, looked slimmer than ever as she posed in tight black sportswear, including a fitted gym bra, while snapping the photo in a mirror.

Posting the image to social media, Ms Radford captioned it: “Housework done. Tip run done. Car charged. Now time for the gym. Productive Monday #motivation #gym #housework”.

Fans were quick to flood the comments section with praise, with several saying they initially mistook her for one of her daughters.

Ms Radford has been increasingly open about her health and fitness journey over the past year, revealing in September 2025 that she had lost nearly two stone after making significant lifestyle changes.

At the time, she admitted she had been eating what she described as “rubbish food”, which left her feeling “awful”, before committing to healthier habits.

She later shared that she had successfully returned to the “eight stone bracket”, which had been her target weight, and revealed that size 12 trousers she bought earlier in the year had become too big.

Ms Radford also celebrated being able to fit back into a favourite pink Mickey Mouse mini dress, describing the transformation as a major confidence boost.

The reality star previously explained that much of her weight loss took place over the summer of 2025, even while on holiday with her family in Florida, showing fans that she was able to stay consistent while travelling.

Her health focus came as she approached her milestone 50th birthday, which prompted her to take a closer look at her hormones, fitness levels and overall wellbeing.

In late 2025, Ms Radford spoke candidly about feeling “bleh” and experiencing “crazy” hormone changes, amid concerns she may be approaching menopause.

She revealed she was considering coming off the contraceptive pill, explaining that she had not yet experienced typical menopause symptoms such as missed periods, something she and friends speculated could be linked to her many pregnancies.

Despite having 22 children, Ms Radford has been firm that she is finished with pregnancy, previously admitting she fears becoming pregnant at 50 and discussing alternative contraception options.

Away from her own health, Ms Radford has continued to keep fans updated on her family’s wellbeing, including her daughter Tillie’s ongoing leg operations for limb length discrepancy.

She has also addressed wider health topics on the show, including dementia awareness, after viewers were briefly concerned by a storyline involving a leaflet found by her husband.
