Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been at the centre of a fresh scandal as the latest tranche of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have been released. During Friday’s episode of the Jeremy Vine Show on Channel 5 a caller urged for the former Duke of York to be deported. The former prince has denied any wrongdoing amid his association with Epstein. Pressure has been building on Andrew to give evidence in the US over his relationship with the paedophile financier.
The disgraced former Duke of York was pictured horse riding around Windsor during the latest Epstein files release on Monday before he was swiftly moved out of Royal Lodge. He is currently living at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate while his permanent home undergoes renovations.
Jeremy, 60, was joined by panellists Lin Mei and Nina Myskow as they discussed, “Is the King’s silence on Andrew damaging Royal Family?”

The presenter asked the caller: “Do you think the king should say something?”
Jill from Kent, replied: “I feel very, very sorry for the king. He’s been through a hell of a lot with his cancer treatment and then he has been worried about Kate with her cancer treatment.
And also Harry, who I call a spoilt brat! With his book… he damaged the Royal Family. I feel so sorry for them all.
But Andrew, the best place for him is Rwanda, isn’t it?”
Jeremy questioned: “What… because they have government assisted living there?”
The caller had referred to the Conservative government’s policy to deter illegal, small-boat crossings by relocating asylum seekers to the African country.
Jill replied: “Yeah, that will do him.”
Viewers reacted to the post, as one penned: “I don’t disagree about Andrew, but people need to get a grip. Don’t view the Royals as ordinary people who think like us.”
Another remarked: “Whatever you say, say nothing. Anything [the king] says will be scrutinised, interpreted and twisted beyond all recognition. It’s better to stay silent.”
A third commented: “Really you feel sorry for them all love Harry. He is the best of them all.”
While a fourth added: “I sympathise with the royal family over the Andrew affair. They’re being tarred with the same brush.”
But the Channel 5 presenter was unconvinced – suggesting Andrew would need protection indefinitely, in case “somebody tried to hurt him”.
Jeremy went on: “If you say to him you can’t live at Sandringham anymore – that is going to be the next step – because the King can’t be seen to be harbouring somebody with these associations.
Then Andrew says, ‘well, I can’t afford security.’ So then you say, ‘it doesn’t matter. We don’t care.’
Then he goes to live in a flat and he tries to sell fresh veg at the market on Saturdays, how long before somebody tries to hurt him?”
Nina commented: “He is only really secure in the royal confines because there are people there.”
Jeremy then showed a clip of Andrew riding horses hours before being escorted out of the Windsor property
“The guy is 65. He may just live for another 30 years. He can’t just be buried alive,” he concluded.

The Palace announced Andrew would be moving from Royal Lodge in October, at the same time his title of prince was removed.
The Sandringham Estate is privately owned by the King and he will pay the costs of his brother’s new home. It is believed he will ultimately live at Marsh Farm on the estate.
