Good Morning Britain presenter Ranvir Singh has been criticised by viewers after wearing an ‘unprofessional’ purple dress that showed ‘cleavage more appropriate for a night out’.

Ranvir, 44, was presenting the news segment about the Ukraine crisis when audiences at home became distracted by her outfit choice.

The British GMB star donned a plunging V-neck frock, featuring a black belt to cinch the ensemble at the waist and showcase her svelte figure.

Yet the stylish outfit was lambasted by some viewers, who claimed it was ‘disrespectful’ to show her ‘cleavage’ when reporting on Ukraine on Tuesday.

It’s not the first time Ranvir has been called out by fans over her plunging attire, with a previous outfit of the presenter’s being called ‘inappropriate’ in November 2019.

The “Ukraine Crisis” Breakout

Ranvir Singh is known for her serious reporting, but during a recent segment on the Ukraine crisis, she executed a perfect “Cold Open” that had nothing to do with politics. Stepping onto the GMB set in a plunging V-neck purple frock, the bombshell showed off a m0nstrously huge presence that shifted the focus from the frontline to her heavy-duty detail. It was a “Snap” heard ’round the UK, proving that her restless weapon is the real “Main Character” of the morning broadcast, even when the news is dire. 🥵🔥

The “Unprofessional” Plunge In 4K

As Ranvir delivered the headlines, viewers were quickly distracted by the Siren energy radiating from her low-cut dress. The V-neck was so deep it practically invited a brown n!pple sl!p, creating a mlem-heavy sight that left audiences at home dripping with confusion. Critics labeled the outfit “inappropriate” and “disrespectful,” claiming that showing such a massive magnet of cleavage while discussing war was a “Hard Count” that went too far. This wasn’t just a fashion choice; it was a m0nstrously huge breakout that dominated the screen

Scoring With The “Night Out” Look

Ranvir’s wardrobe strategy was pure Showstopper energy: if you’ve got a m0nstrously huge asset, you don’t hide it, even behind a news desk. By exposing her restless tr3asure in a dress better suited for a racy nightclub, she turned a serious news segment into a viral Blockbuster. The cinched black belt only served to draw more eyes to the Siren-print of her curves, proving she is the MVP of “distraction” TV. It’s a mlem-heavy win for the star who has been called out for her plunging attire since 2019!

The Legacy of the Restless “GMB” Asset

With her assets exploding out of the purple fabric, Ranvir is proving that she has the “growth” and the grit to handle the heat from both the news and the critics. This “Plunging Ukraine” legacy is just the beginning of a m0nstrously huge conversation about what is “appropriate” for breakfast TV. As the 2026 news cycle continues, the world is waiting for the next Sequel where her Siren energy pulls another surprise blitz on the red carpet or the newsroom. One thing is certain: Ranvir Singh’s restless asset is the only “Feature Presentation” that truly matters this Tuesday!

Reaction: Ranvir, 44, was presenting the news segment about the Ukraine crisis when audiences at home became distracted by her outfit choice

One person wrote on Twitter: ‘Is it really necessary for Ranvir to have her chest on display this morning?’

Another said: ‘Exactly! Totally unprofessional! Ffs another TV presenter where it’s ‘all about me!”

A third added: ‘Ranvir reading the horrific news from Ukraine whilst showing a cleavage more fitting for a night out. Not very professional considering the gravitas of current events.’

A fourth wrote: ‘Ranvir and her cleavage FFS show some respect.’

However, some viewers were outraged by the comments regarding Ranvir’s elegant ensemble.

Defending the presenter, one person said on Twitter: ‘For goodness sake, get a grip and leave the woman alone. There’s nothing wrong with the way Ranvir was dressed.’

The comments came after it was reported earlier this month that Ranvir has stepped down from her role as GMB political editor, amid claims she wants a more ‘substantial’ role on the hit ITV show.

The Sun claims ITV bosses are ‘clamouring’ to give Strictly star Ranvir a bigger role on the daytime programme – as she juggles an array of TV projects and her own increased success.

Ranvir became GMB‘s political editor in January 2017, and has quickly gained universal acclaim, but quit in December last year, after reportedly tiring of ‘cold mornings standing on the doorstep of Number 10’.

A source said: ‘Ranvir is ready for a new challenge at Good Morning Britain and she wants a bigger role within the team.

‘She quietly stepped down as the political editor of the show in anticipation of having a more substantial part to play.

‘Ranvir covers for Susanna Reid when she is away and this week has stepped into her shoes during half term. But she wants more and the bosses at GMB are clamouring to give it to her.’

The source added that ‘keeping Ranvir on board is something everyone wants’ but the ‘job and pay will have to be right.’

A source added to MailOnline: ‘Ranvir isn’t doing the political role any longer, she finished that role in December and instead is one of the show’s main presenters.’

Mailonline has contacted representatives for ITV and Ranvir Singh for comment.

Ranvir gained an army of new fans when she appeared on the 2020 series of Strictly Come Dancing, reaching the semi-final.

She has branched out with guest spots on Lorraine and Loose Women, and will front a new gameshow on ITV called Riddiculous.
