GB News star Will Kingston had to stop the guests in their tracks.
A debate between Suzy Stride and Cristo Foufas over Labour’s role in the cost of living crisis turned so explosive that GB News presenter Will Kingston was forced to interrupt. TV and Radio presenter Cristo started discussing headlines with the host as he said: “Great, the trade unions that helped put Labour into power and finance them are now saying they need to deal with the cost of living crisis. Oh, the cost of living crisis that Labour have facilitated.”
He fumed at the “highest tax burden in history” and the “lies” that taxes wouldn’t be increased and relating to the “black hole”. He hit out that they “gave away money” when it came to the two child benefit cap before raging: “Get in the bin. Sorry. But Labour have created and made the cost of living crisis way worse, inflation is still not back down to the level it was when the Tories left office.”

He raged once again that “Labour have created this cost of living crisis”, fuming: “And now we have to hear from the people who helped put Labour in power telling us that they’ve got to solve it!”
Suzy was then asked her opinion, as a former Labour advisor, and it riled her up as she fumed: “That is such utter rubbish I don’t even know where to start.” Suzy focused on the claim that Labour had created the cost of living crisis as she asked him if it had only existed since last summer.
She fumed that a big part of it started when Liz Truss issued a “barmy budget”, as she raged that mortgages had gone through the roof.
Suzy added: “I’m not saying Labour has got everything right, but what I will not accept is that somehow we created a problem that definitely started before us.”
As Cristo fought his point once again and raged over unemployment under Labour, to which Suzy fumed: “All of that also pre-dated Labour coming in.” The pair then began raising their voices as they fought desperately to speak over the other, prompting presenter Will Kingston to quickly get involved.
He raised his remote and began shouting: “I’m going to stop, stop, stop, stop, stop! I’m going to jump in now.” He immediately brought the debate to a halt after things took a fiery turn and moved the conversation on.
