Vicky Pattison has said her ‘heart will break’ when she and her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars are forced to go their separate ways as they soak up the last of their time together.

Fans will be aware that the former Geordie Shore star is still living out her dream of being part of the hit BBC One dance show, despite the latest series coming to an end back in December.

Vicky, who’s departure from the competition came the week before the show’s annual Blackpool special, which sees the hit show broadcast live from the Tower Ballroom, has recently been reunited with her professional dance partner Kai Widdrington.

Shortly after she was left gutted to have her Strictly journey come to an end, she discovered it had only really just begun as she was signed up for the Strictly Come Dancing Live 2026 tour, which continues to visit arenas up and down the country until this Sunday, February 15.

Vicky recently shared a string of behind-the-scenes snaps that she’d captured alongside her Strictly pals and gushed over how supportive they have been of her as she battles her nerves as well as being homesick.

Alongside the carousel of images, she wrote to her 5.5 million followers: “Tour life… Manchester, Sheffield… you were amazing! Thankyou so much for having us. And thank you to all my gorgeous @strictlycomedancinglive family who have looked after me when I’ve been nervous, kept me company when I’ve been homesick and generally just been everything I have needed…”

Now, Vicky appears to be dreading the tour coming to an end. In response to a post from Strictly pro Alexis Warr, in which she gave fans a glimpse at what’s been happening off the dance floor as well as behind the scenes, the TV and radio host admitted: “My beautiful girl… my heart will break when I have to leave you.”

It comes after Vicky and Kai went up against Alexis and her celebrity dance partner George Clarke last weekend in Glasgow for the Glitterball trophy, as at each show, the arena audiences get to choose their winners.

Alongside the clip, in which George and Alexis were seen being crowned winners, Vicky wrote on Instagram: “I would happily come second place to you every time @georgeclarkeey and @alexis_warr… Watching my besties get their flowers on this tour has been a privilege… Love you both SO MUCH!!!!”

But she then called herself out as she added: “And yes, after about 6 months of dance training… I still can’t clap on time [crying laughing emoji]. I’d blame @kaiwidd, but there’s only so much one man can do [crying laughing emoji] @strictlycomedancinglive.”
