Meghan Markle’s As Ever brand has faced further criticism over employees’ bombshell claims.

Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi welcomed comedian Alex Stein onto her February 3 show, where Meghan Markle’s hotly debated As Ever brand came up in their conversation.  The pair discussed news published by Page Six that Meghan’s pricey jam range had filled up “two storage rooms” at Netflix Headquarters, as according to an insider, “nobody wanted the product”, which retails online for $12, not including the shipping. One Netflix employee revealed to the tabloid publication: “They’re literally just giving it away to employees – one (staffer) walked out with 10 products for free.”

Stein revealed that he used to think Meghan was a “victim”, but has lately changed his mindset, saying: “The more you hear from her and the more you just watch her on her fake show that nobody watches, she’s just very unlikeable.

“She’s trying to sell all of these products that nobody wants to buy. She’s just so unlikeable, like all of her products that she can’t give away.”

Panahi agreed with Stein, remarking, “When she first came on the scene as Harry’s girlfriend, she was adored. There was nothing but adulation, apart from me, who could tell from the start that there was something not quite right with this woman,” as she added: “Eventually, people saw through the act.”

However, representatives for Meghan shared that The Ever inventory was “long ago” moved to another warehouse and is not stored at Netflix HQ. The only products remaining at the offices are for gifting, sampling and promotional use, which is why staff were allowed to take home freebies.

It comes as eagle-eyed Reddit users discovered an error that appeared to show how many units of items from the Duchess’s lifestyle line were available to purchase, which launched in 2025 and heavily featured in her Netflix series

Some alleged they could uncover total stock counts by adding large quantities of individual items to their shopping carts, with the As ever website then displaying a maximum available number.

While the technical glitch has since been resolved, it briefly displayed available inventory totals that were at odds with the frequently reported “sell out” nature of Meghan’s products. The website error showed that available units of product included approximately 220,000 jars of jam, 30,000 jars of honey, 90,000 candles, 80,000 tins of flower sprinkles and roughly 70,000 bottles of wine.
