The Channel 4 star has managed to keep her pregnancy under wraps on the programme but has now unleashed her baby bump on full display in a brand new post.

Helena Worthington appears on the programme alongside mum Alison and step-dad George and is already a mother to a young son, Erwin.

Now, she has revealed she is expecting again and due in seven weeks time.

Sharing a life update to Instagram, Helena admitted she was “pregnant, tired,” and had “raging indigestion.”

She went on to say: “33 weeks pregnant at RHS Bridgwater with my first baby, while waiting for my next one

“We took Erwin here often when he was a new bean.

“These in-between moments feel really precious lately — messy, slow, and very real.

“I’m excited but I feel weird that Erwin will seem so big all of a sudden.”

But Helena’s exciting news came amid a heartbreaking week of tragedy which has forced the star to pull out of filming the show’s series finale.

In a sad post, Helena revealed her beloved grandmother had passed away.

Confirming the sad loss, Helena shared a photo alongside her Nan and mum Alison in which she wrote: “It’s also been a really rough week.

“I lost my legendary nana, and because of that I won’t be filming the last episode of Gogglebox this series.

“My nana played such a huge part in my life and loved me fiercely. She was the perfect mix of Dame Judi Dench and the Catherine Tate nana — sharp, hilarious, and she somehow knew the answers to every quiz show question.

“She once flashed a vicar and stole the neighbour’s dog when they wouldn’t give my mum’s football back — which honestly tells you everything you need to know about her.”

She further added her heartbreak that her Nana would not be around to meet her baby girl next month.

Helena said: “I’m expecting a baby girl in the next month, and my heart aches knowing my nana won’t get to meet her.

“But I know she’ll be part of her in so many ways — in stories, in humour, and in that same strength and warmth.”

Helena first joined Gogglebox in 2017 as part of the cast for series 10.
