TV favourite Rylan Clark has shared an update on his relationship status, and it’s good news all around. While lots of other people across the globe are sharing their end-of-year updates with a round-up of 2025, Rylan instead opted for a heartfelt message for his followers as he issued an update. He wrote: “No big post. Finishing this year happy with someone I’ve been waiting for for a long time. Thanks for another amazing year. Bye 2025… stay safe, stay well and look after each other… onto 2026.”

Rylan’s friends flooded in to support him, including Rob Rinder, who teased that it was him as he wrote: “Ah, thank you,” with some cheeky emojis. Meanwhile, other friends shared their excitement as Carol Vorderman wrote: “Huge love, here’s to a bloody marvellous year ahead.”

Ruth Langsford said: “Love you son. May 2025 bring you all the happiness you deserve.” His followers also flooded in to share their well-wishes for Rylan and his new beau.

The TV star first made his relationship with his partner Kennedy public in September, but he hinted at a new romance in August on his How To Be… podcast. At the time, he explained that he had been seeing someone for a while but wasn’t ready to reveal their identity at that time. However, in the months since, he has shared snaps of the pair travelling around the likes of Florence, as well as snippets into their love life.

It comes shortly after Rylan opened up about his divorce from Dan Neal in 2021. He stated the breakdown of their marriage came after Rylan confessed he had been unfaithful early on in the relationship.

He told Love Island and Strictly star Tasha Ghouri on his podcast: “When I went through my divorce, I had a full-on breakdown because it wasn’t just us.

“It felt like it wasn’t just us, even though it was just me and my ex. I felt that everyone’s going to think this of me. Everyone’s going to think, ‘Oh, look, his life isn’t perfect. Oh look, he’s failed like that.’ I just felt like a failure.”

In his book, TEN: The Decade That Changed My Future, Rylan reflected on his relationship and said he would never settle for something that wasn’t right now, adding: “In a way it’s been a bit of a gift.”
