Dec and Ant McPartlin are celebrating their new £30million ITV contract.

TV personality Declan Donnelly is celebrating his and Ant McPartlin’s new £30million ITV contract by purchasing his third property on the same street. Dec already owns a £7m mansion in West London, as well as the neighbouring house he bought three years ago for £2.25m.

He has now reportedly acquired his third home, adjacent to the second one, and has submitted planning applications for its development. The purchase price remains undisclosed, but current properties on that street are selling for around £2.5m. Ant used to be Dec’s neighbour before his divorce from his first wife, Lisa. He has since relocated out of the local area and currently resides in a £6m home in South West London with his new wife, Anne-Marie. The couple are reportedly looking for a new home. Details of Dec’s latest acquisition came to light after his wife Ali submitted plans to the local council for a side extension and a new gate installation. Neighbours were reportedly thrilled when Dec purchased the £2.25m property, as it was previously run down and an eyesore, reports the Mirror.

The newly acquired property will also undergo renovations. It currently consists of two flats, and it’s unclear what Dec intends to do with the property or whether he plans to sell it.

Dec, 50, bought his original seven-bedroom property in 2006 for £1.9m. It is now worth more than triple that amount, thanks to additions such as a cinema, swimming pool, steam room, and poolside kitchen.

He resides there alongside his wife Ali and their children Isla and Jack. The latest acquisition is believed to have been completed within the past two months as Ant and Dec hammered out their three-year ITV contract.

The agreement is valued at £5million annually for each presenter. This contract extends the duo’s partnership through to 2028’s conclusion, marking three decades since the Geordie pair joined ITV to present children’s programme SM:TV.

The presenters have a packed schedule ahead featuring a fresh series of Ant and Dec’s Limitless Win, Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity South Africa – returning after a three-year hiatus – and I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.

ITV revealed this week that the Jungle’s opening episode achieved consolidated viewing figures of 11.2 million. Dec commented last week: “We’re so lucky to work on some of the biggest and best TV shows and we’re proud of what we have achieved together with ITV over the years.”

He continued: “We’re excited for the future and looking forward to making more great entertainment together”.

Kevin Lygo, ITV’s managing director for media and entertainment, expressed his delight at securing the pair for another three years. He remarked: “Ant and Dec’s impact upon the world of live entertainment is unrivalled, with their triumphant partnership reigning supreme for over three decades.

“This new three-year working relationship marks an exciting new chapter with ITV, which I have no doubt will be full of yet more unmissable entertainment.”

The duo previously shared accommodation when they relocated to London as youngsters, and have also acquired adjacent holiday properties in the Algarve.
