A chilling 911 call has shed light on what caused the d3ath of Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter, Victoria. The 34-year-old was found d3ad in a hotel in San Francisco on New Year’s Day. It is feared the actress suffered a fatal overdose, according to an emergency call obtained by TMZ. Victoria was called in as a “code 3 for the overdose, color change” – an emergency requiring an immediate response using flashing lights and sirens.

Despite the 911 call indicating a potential drug overdose, no drug paraphernalia was found near her body and no cause of d3ath has officially been confirmed. A guest at the hotel found Victoria lying on the ground of the 14th floor of the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco. Believing she was drunk, the guest alerted hotel staff.

When the staff realised Victoria was unresponsive, they immediately began CPR and called an ambulance, a source told the Daily Mail. The San Francisco Fire Department confirmed that it responded to a medical emergency at the San Francisco Fairmont just before 3 a.m. local time.

First responders attempted to revive Victoria, but were unsuccessful and she was pronounced d3ad at the scene. According to police sources, there were no indications of foul play or physical trauma to Victoria’s body.

A spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Department has asked anyone with information regarding Victoria’s d3ath to contact the department.

They said: “On 1/1/26 at approximately 3:14 a.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to a hotel located on the 900 block of Mason street regarding a report of a deceased person.

“At the scene, officers met with medics, who declared the adult female deceased. The Medical Examiner arrived on scene and conducted an investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SFPD at 415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the message with SFPD.”

Victoria is the child of Tommy, 79, and his second wife, Kimberlea Cloughley, whom he was married to from 1981 to 1996. Victoria and her older brother Austin, 43, both followed in their father’s footsteps and started acting.

Her debut was in her father’s 2002 film Men in Black II. She went on to star in a handful of other projects in her youth, including an episode of One Tree Hill and The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, a neo-Western film directed by her father, both in 2005.

Tommy praised his daughter’s talent on screen, telling The New Yorker: “She’s a good actress, has her sag card, speaks impeccable Spanish… When she was a baby, I told Leticia, her nurse, to speak to her in Spanish.”
