Maya Jama reveals Love Island All Stars filming is underway – with contestants hidden in secret rooms to keep them apart

The first three Islanders have already been ‘unveiled’

MAYA Jama has confirmed that filming for Love Island All Stars is officially underway in a first look at the new series.

The TV presenter will be jetting off to South Africa in the New Year for the show but she has shared a snap from the programme’s London set today where she has been filming promos and introductory content.

She also gave away that all the OG Islanders have been confirmed and we’re on set with her.

However, they were all locked away from one another in secret rooms so as not to run into each other before flying out to film the programme in early January.

It is understood the Islanders were recording their entry VTs ahead of the Christmas and New Year break before flying out ahead of the launch on January 12.

Speaking in the new clip shared today, Maya revealed: “So we are here on set, first bit of All Stars experience I’m having this year.

“Had my glam done and the Islanders are all hidden in secret rooms. I’ve not seen any of them yet.

“I can’t tease anything apart from the fact that you’re gonna love it, and there’ll be some familiar faces… obviously.”

Maya then added: “It’s all feeling like it’s about to start happening. It’s just like Christmas get out the way, I’m ready to go to South Africa!”

Although Maya did not give away any of the contestants who will be on the programme, The Sun have already revealed the identities of some of the stars expected to be on the original line-up.

Love Island All Stars launch date revealed – and it’s sooner than you think

Series five bombshell Belle Hassan was among the stars filming with Maya on set this week as she makes a shock comeback to the franchise.

Fans will remember Belle for being partnered with Anton Danyluk on the programme before they split on the outside world.

Joining Belle will be series seven winner, Millie Court.

Millie became the first to sign on the dotted line weeks ago when ITV approached her following her split from Liam Reardon.

Moreover, Billy Brown is also expected to be on the opening line-up after failing to find love the first time around.

Other rumoured stars who are expected to appear at some point during the run include series 10 champion Jess Harding, series 9 beauty Lana Jenkins and Remell Mullins, who took part in this summer‘s edition.

Ronnie Vint is also heavily tipped to make a THIRD appearance in the villa after his All Stars stint last series with beauty Alima Gaggio also in talks with show bosses.
