A Place In The Sun presenter Laura Hamilton left jaws on the floor as she wore an electric blue bikini in her most recent Instagram video while filming on the beach in Antigua. The TV star, 42, took to Instagram to share a short video from the sun-soaked shoot, where she appeared relaxed and in high spirits as she posed by the shoreline.

She shared: “Hello from Antigua, I am proud to be sponsoring the Cartwheel For A Cure Campaign from Leukaemia UK. So here is my cartwheel.” The home expert then showcased her impressive flexibility, performing a cartwheel with ease on the notoriously hard-to-balance-on sand, prompting fans to share their high praise for her commitment to the cause.

“Healthy living is very important to me. When you go to the gym and exercise, you automatically feel better for it,” she told Your Healthy Living. “I want to be a healthy role model to my two kids.”

She adds that consistency matters more than perfection, saying, “My top tip for staying healthy is to try to fit at least half and hour of exercise into your day. Even if you feel tired, make time for it, because it will help energise you and you’ll feel so much better afterwards.”

She is mum to two children, Rocco and Tahlia, whom she shares with ex-husband Alex Goward.
