Jake Paul’s Lawyers Drop Giant Truth Bomb On “Scripted” Fight vs. Anthony Joshua

Jake Paul has had enough of people talking down on his fighting career.

Anthony Joshua knocked out Jake in the sixth round of their boxing bout last week. Even still, some people think that something about the bout was scripted.

Earlier this year, Paul sent out a threat to sue anybody who claims he fixes fights. Paul stated he instructed his team to “vigorously go after anyone who makes up lies” about his boxing career. “Expect to get served, you pigs,” he added. He made that claim after defeating Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. via unanimous decision.

On Friday night, he suffered a broken jaw as a result of fighting Joshua. He will spend at least seven days on a liquid diet. Jake Paul also underwent surgery. He needed to have two titanium plates placed and several teeth removed.

The allegations still wouldn’t stop.

During an appearance on the Ariel Helwani show, Most Valuable Promotions’ Nakisa Bidarian dropped damning information. He made shocking claims about Paul’s lawyers. He said they are going after anyone who suggests that Joshua was lenient with him.

“Our lawyers are actively going after a number of people, one who claims to be a lawyer himself online… It was a post that had around 200k likes. Basically, the post claimed there was an agreement for AJ not to knock out Jake, but AJ disregarded it and decided to forego his payday to knock out Jake Paul. It’s uh… It’s pretty, pretty astonishing what people will say.

Bidarian added that there was no pre-fight agreement or “script” between the fighters. “It’s just beyond mind-blowing people would think that. Anthony Joshua was on record saying if he didn’t finish in the first round he’ll be disappointed.

Jake Paul Has Been Suspended

Paul has been sidelined for the time being. He was immediately served with a 60-day boxing suspension after being knocked out by Anthony Joshua. Despite all the dancing he did in the ring, he still suffered a ton of damage.

The Florida Athletic Commission has now imposed an indefinite suspension on him. It requires a medical clearance before he can compete again in the state. FAC rules dictate that boxers who have been knocked out must be banned from competition for at least 60 days.

Should the knockout be considered particularly brutal, this number could be extended. Paul revealed in his post-fight interview that he had broken his jaw.

Jake Paul went on to share a picture of himself in a hospital bed. He also showed an X-ray image showing his jaw broken in two places. Paul got paid handsomely for this bout. However, his face paid the price for it.
