Kelly Brook’s jungle journey has taken an unexpected turn — and now a former queen of the camp has dropped a bombshell tip that’s left fans stunned. According to ex-winner Giovanna Fletcher, the 46-year-old model should ditch the bikini entirely and step into the I’m A Celebrity shower completely nude if she wants more control over what viewers actually see.

The surprising advice comes just as Kelly became the first contestant of the 2025 series to brave the show’s infamous jungle shower.

Giovanna, 40, who won the 2020 Wales-based season, revealed a behind-the-scenes secret that longtime fans may not know.

“Because our year was in Wales it was very, very different,” she explained. “They would turn the cameras away sometimes. A lot of women realised early on that if they showered nude, the cameras would pan away.”

She added at the Beauty Awards:
“They won’t air it — so the biggest tip is go in naked. They can’t use the footage.”

For Giovanna, the real shame is that in 2025, the show is still pushing bikini moments instead of focusing on what the jungle experience is meant to be about.

Kelly seemed more than ready for her time under the waterfall. She admitted before entering camp that she’d already talked to her close friend Myleene Klass — whose 2006 shower scene became one of the most iconic in I’m A Celeb history.

“Myleene did talk to me about the shower,” Kelly said. “She didn’t have a swimsuit that was right for TV when she arrived — something about the strobing — so she had to rush out and get one. I made sure I packed plenty of options.”

Aside from the shower spotlight, Kelly has taken on major camp responsibilities, including cooking — which has sparked visible tension with Jack Osbourne.

But Giovanna insists viewers shouldn’t jump to conclusions.

“You can’t always tell what’s really happening,” she said. “We came out and heard all these things people thought were big issues, and they weren’t. Cooking brings pressure. Everyone has an opinion. But usually it’s nothing.”
