‘Bruised’ Frankie Bridge admits ‘my face hates me’ as she shows off results from recent procedures: ‘It’s so hard trying to look young’

Frankie Bridge isn’t shy when it comes to cosmetic procedures. In the past, she’s admitted to having a lip blush, a Sofwave laser facial, Botox, filler, and a lip flip.

Continuing with her candour, she took a moment in her latest vlog to share how her face is reacting to some of her latest treatments.

“So I’ve just got in from London, and my face is starting to swell,” she began. She then pointed out her puffy undereyes, claiming that she could see “the corners of my eyes out of the corner of my eye.”

In addition to this, she drew attention to her “peely lips” and then massaged the sides of her face near the cheekbones, stating she felt “so sore” and “so bruised”.

“So I had this Julaine, I think it’s called,” she explained. “It’s a bit like the polynucleotides […] the same kind of vibe, like helps with collagen and stuff, but polynucleotides didn’t really work for me, didn’t really do anything.”

Frankie then went on to add how the aesthetician told her that only 25% of her clients swell. “I was like, ‘I will be that 25,’” she quipped.

“Why do I do this stuff to myself? I just feel like my face hates me now,” she complained. “It’s like, you know what? You’ve beaten the [bleep] out of your lips. You did that horrible laser to yourself. Then you’ve had this cannula done and your Botox. I’ve got some marks around my eyes. And [my] lips are still dry.”

She later added, “Poor me. It’s so hard trying to look young. Why do I do it?”

What is Julaine?

According to the London Medical and Aesthetic Clinic, Julaine is “a multi-functional injectable designed to address a wide range of aesthetic concerns by stimulating natural collagen production.”

On the Julaine of Sweden website, it says that Julaine “uses the regenerative potential of lactic acid” and operates by “harnessing the power of mechanical signaling — a process that triggers the skin’s own renewal from within.”

The site also adds that this treatment is designed to correct “mild to severe nasolabial folds.” This is the medical term for laughter lines.
