Alison Hammond has hit out at her former I’m A Celeb co-star Shaun Ryder, as she revealed an ongoing feud between the pair slamming him as, ‘very rude’.

The This Morning presenter, 50, did not hold back and appeared more than happy to speak out about her soured relationship with Shaun, 63, when asked about her time in the 2010 Jungle on this year’s spin-off show, I’m A Celebrity Unpacked on Sunday.

Host Joel Dommett, 40, had picked up on Alex Scott stating she couldn’t stand rude people. He asked the panel: ‘Do you see her clashing with people?’

Alison said: ‘At the moment, everyone seems very friendly but as time goes on, we’ll know.

‘When I went in there, I’ll never forget, I walked in and said the party’s here with my Terry’s Chocolate Orange, and everyone was like [unbothered face].

‘Then, Shaun Ryder hated my guts straight away for no reason. He was very rude.’

She added: ‘So hopefully there are no Shaun Ryders in there [this year].’

The musician infamously clashed with many of his co-stars during his time in the jungle, but his friend, Leigh Francis, who was also on Sunday night’s panel, stuck up for him.

The comedian said to her: ‘I know Shaun and he’s normally really lovely.’

But the pair have had an ongoing feud for 15 years.

When previously asked about their rocky relationship two years ago, Shaun said: ‘Ever since the jungle show, I knew Alison didn’t like me. But fair enough, nobody has to like each other. It’s not against the law.’

Shaun admitted Alison’s outgoing personality was hard to deal with following her late arrival to the Australian jungle camp.

Appearing in the Bush Telegraph, the frazzled singer complained: ‘Oh more f**king people in the camp. And a loud person and a cheery person as well.

‘She’s probably a really nice person, don’t get me wrong. I like Alison.

Despite his threat to leave, Shaun hung on to reach the I’m A Celeb final, where he narrowly lost out to winner Stacey Solomon, while Alison finished in 10th place.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2025 got off to a racy start as the reality show burst back onto our screens on Sunday.

The stars entering camp this year include Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp, comedy icon Ruby Wax, model Kelly Brook and EastEnders actress Shona McGarty.

But the road into the jungle wasn’t easy and after losing their first challenge Kelly, Martin, Shona, joined Alex Scott and Lisa Riley as they were forced to travel in the back of the Cockie van.

The team were tasked with unlocking to retrieve stars for camp but in true I’m A Celeb style they had thousands of critters dropped on their heads.

Alex squealed: ‘They’re all down my bloody bra!’ while Kelly screamed: ‘Oh my god, they’re biting my t***!’

Earlier Kelly joked about Ruby flirting with Kiosk Kev who was driving Cokie Fan, to which the comedian quipped: ‘I’ll straddle him!’.
