Her legions of fans from the Today Show fans are used to seeing her dressed up to the nines on TV, but Hoda Kotb looked dramatically different as she showed off her natural beauty in a make-up free shot.

Hoda’s followers did a double-take when the Today co-anchor posted a candid shot of herself after a grueling bike-ride with SoulCycle pal. Wearing a sleeveless black top, with her hair pulled back, Hoda looked radiant as she beamed in the shot.

Posting it to Instagram, the 60-year-old has revealed she is leaving NBC’s Today Show last fall, said: “Rode with @soulcycle @staceygnyc … one word—WOW!!! Xo Fans flooded her comments section with compliments. One said: “Hoda I love that you are willing to be so real in your photos, the real you, and don’t feel the need to make these overly done up posts all the time. Your willingness to be genuine is part of what makes you so likeable.”

A second person agreed: “You go, girl.” Another chimed in: “I for one enjoyed our Madam Hoda All done up for tv…, and why would be for an intense bicycle exercise program. I don’t know if you understand what a soul cycle is, she’s just showing you what she does to stay physically fit why would you have layers and layers of cosmetic on when you’re going to sweat like that you people are too much!!!”

Meanwhile, fans enjoyed seeing snaps of Hoda enjoying the Super Bowl with her celebrity pals. Hoda posted her Instagram snaps from the 2025 Super Bowl at Caesars Superdome including one alongside Hollywood actor Kevin Costner.

The former Today co-anchor posted a carousel of snaps from the star-studded event with the caption “Oh what funnnnn!!!”. She also included the hashtag #nolastrong, which was used to symbolize the city’s resilience after the January 1 terror attack on Bourbon Street that killed 14 people.

Hoda has a deep love for the city and she worked as a local news reporter in the Big Easy for several years before she started at NBC. Her post included pictures of herself with Eagles fan Declan LeBaron, 9, who got surprise tickets to the game from Bradley Cooper live on air last week.

Hoda also shared a snap of herself with actor Kevin Costner, sparking jokes from fellow NBC personality Savannah Guthrie who commented, “New couple alert” under the picture. “We have been waiting for this moment,” added Today host Jenna Bush Hager.
