An ITV star has revealed she is leaving the channel after 17 years.
Journalist and presenter Sally Biddulph has become a familiar face to viewers since joining in 2009.
Throughout her tenure, she has served as News Correspondent, Political Correspondent and a relief presenter on ITV News at 5:30, ITV Lunchtime News and ITV News Saturday primetime bulletins.
In 2014, Sally took on the role of newsreader for ITV News London during Good Morning Britain and reporter on ITV Lunchtime News.
She also presents weekend daytime updates for ITV News and ITV News London on a rotating basis.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday (December 16), Sally told her followers: “And that’s a wrap! Today is my last day @itvnews after 17 years. What a ride, what a privilege and what amazing colleagues.
“Time for a new chapter and adventures yet unknown with a later morning alarm clock! So for one last time: Sally Biddulph, ITV News, London.”
Following her announcement, Sally has received an outpouring of messages, with one follower posting: “So long Sally! Thanks for all the sunshine and enjoy the lie-ins! .”

Another commented: “Aww Sally I’m gonna so so miss you in the mornings You’ve been amazing and a great presenter on the early shifts loved watching you each weekend and in mornings too. Best of luck in the next adventure u will be fantastic.”
Good Morning Britain’s Charlotte Hawkins wrote: “You’ll be much missed Sally!” ITV News Royal Editor Chris Ship paid tribute, saying: “Good luck @SallyBiddulph. You’ll be missed and have been a great colleague and friend to many for many years x.”
Sally’s departure follows hot on the heels of Andrew Pierce’s announcement that he’s stepping down from Good Morning Britain.
The 64 year old has become a familiar face on the breakfast show, regularly appearing alongside The Mirror’s Kevin Maguire to debate and dissect the day’s major headlines, often in heated exchanges with GMB presenters.
Andrew dropped a hint about his exit last week when host Susanna Reid remarked that the duo had been there “since the beginning”, prompting him to reply: “Not for much longer, sadly.”
The journalist, who also presents on GB News, later made it official by responding to reports “suggesting” his GMB departure.
He posted on X: “Not a suggestion. It’s a fact next week sadly is my last on @gmb but viewers can tune in to see me presenting on @GBNEWS from 9.30am Monday to Thursday.”
The broadcaster explained his exit is down to being unable to accommodate “can’t do extra spot in extended show from January”.
He wrote on X: “End of an era. Last week on @gmb with @susannareid100 as cant do extra spot in extended show from January. But join me on my @GBNEWS show from 9.30am Monday to Thursday. Onwards, upwards.”
