UNBELIEVABLE: Rylan Clark’s TRUE COLOURS EXPOSED In Emotional Moment Seconds After Split — Colleague Shares What Really Happened

Rylan Clark has been a beloved TV host for many years in the world of showbiz, but what is he really like away from the cameras?  Personal Trainer Scott Harrison found out when Rylan signed up to join The Six Pack Revolution following his split from Dan Neal in 2021. Speaking to Express.co.uk, Scott said: “Rylan was going through a rough time and his brother had done my program, so he told him that he thought it would help him.”

Scott explained that once it was decided that Rylan would take part, Scott went to his house so they could talk in person. He said, “I went to his house, and we chatted, and we became good friends over that time. We still speak now. But during that time, he was going through his divorce, and he was in a really bad place.”

Scott said Rylan was 6’4inches but only came in at nine stone, so they knew they had a lot of work to do to get him healthy.

He praised Rylan, adding that after they’d worked together, Rylan was a huge support in building Scott’s profile and getting him in front of more people.

Scott continued: “Rylan has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. I went to watch him in the nativity years ago, and I barged every kid out of the way to meet him after. My wife took me to the show because it was Rylan, not because it was the nativity. I find him funny, I think he’s real. He’s great. Then he called me on the phone, and I recognised his voice instantly.”

But when he went over to Rylan’s house, he was completely different to his usual persona. He said: “When I went to his house, his hair was flat, he had no make-up on, and there was no tan. He was in a bad place, not in the public eye, so he wasn’t looking after himself in the same way.”

Scott said that in that moment, he saw that Rylan was “very normal.” He added that he didn’t get too starstruck and got on with Rylan incredibly well. The professional PT said the journey together was quite an emotional one due to the time in Rylan’s life, adding that Rylan would do bicep curls and cry while doing so.

They ended up ditching the workout on one of the days and just spent the day having a nice time and playing video games together. Scott praised him for being a “really nice day”, adding that the only downside is that Rylan is really busy, and they don’t often get to see each other.

Rylan underwent quite the transformation when working with Scott, among many other celebrities who have worked with him, including Sara Cox and Bobby Norris.
