Today Show host Jenna Bush Hager has shown she’s no stranger to pop music as she partied with friends to watch Beyoncé perform.

Jenna, who presents the Today Show on NBC, shared updates from her girls night to Instagram as she enjoyed the concert from the Queen of Pop and ‘danced all night long’.

In one Instagram story Jenna could be seen with a white fringe jacket on as she beamed for a selfie alongside her pals, yet in another she wore a cowboy hat as she danced alongside her friend and TV producer Talia Parkinson. Another Instagram Story shows the group of friends looking down towards the stage from their private box, with the track ‘Tyrant’ by Beyoncé and country music icon Dolly Parton playing.

 

The concert partying comes as Jenna had an emotional reunion during one recent episode of the Today Show, where she was seated alongside her former co-star Hoda Kotb.

Hoda, who stepped down from the Today Show on NBC in January, joined Jenna in the studio to give an update on her life and explain her reasons for leaving.

Reunited together, Jenna was left in tears not once but twice during the broadcast. Speaking to Hoda, Jenna asked, “Is this weird, you’re in a different seat. I moved over. I can’t remember why, but I did.” Yet before the conversation could get properly underway, Jenna was overcome with emotion at being reunited with her former co-star.

She said, “I knew this was going to happen. I told [my producer] I was going to cry before I even opened my mouth.”

As the two women caught up, Hoda was full of praise for Jenna, who has been holding the fort on the Today Show since Hoda’s exit earlier this year. Hoda shared, “Can I just say before we start that Jenna Bush Hager, you have been literally crushing it since Jan. 12 or whenever my last day is. I’ve been watching you every single day. You’ve been incredible. You’ve been crushing it, crushing it, you really have been.”

Despite spending months apart, it was clear the bond was still strong as Jenna explained it felt like they hadn’t been apart. She said, “You come back and it’s like we haven’t even spent the day apart. And I miss you, and I’m so happy for you.”

Hoda set Jenna off into tears again as she replied, “Being next to you right here feels like breathing to me. It always has and it always will, no matter how long I live, this place and this space between us is sacred. I love you.”
