Kelly Osbourne has delivered a blistering response to online trolls attacking her dramatic weight loss, confronting accusations that she “looks ill” and demands that she “get off Ozempic” — all while coping with the overwhelming grief of losing her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne.

The star, 41, who is struggling with the death of her father Ozzy, called out people for saying she 'looks ill' and should 'get off Ozempic' in a passionate clip (seen in 2016)The star, 41, who is struggling with the death of her father Ozzy, called out people for saying she ‘looks ill’ and should ‘get off Ozempic’ in a passionate clip (seen in 2016)

The 41-year-old star, who recently stepped out at Fortnum & Mason for the launch of Juliet Sear’s new bakeware line, has faced a surge of comments speculating about her health and suggesting she has relied on weight-loss injections. Kelly has repeatedly denied using Ozempic, previously opening up about her 85lb postpartum weight loss through dietary changes alone.

But on Wednesday, the television personality finally snapped.

In a fiery social-media video, she addressed the criticism head-on:
“People keep commenting, ‘Are you ill?’ or ‘Get off Ozempic,’ like they’re being funny. My dad just died. I’m doing the best I can. The only thing I have to live for right now is my family. I choose to show you the happy parts of my life — not the miserable ones.”

She closed her message with an unmistakable sign-off:
“To all those people — f**k off.”

She added in the clip: 'I'm doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family. And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life not the miserable side of my life...'She added in the clip: ‘I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family. Kelly’s mother, Sharon Osbourne, also broke her silence during an emotional appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, defending her daughter and explaining that Kelly has been struggling to eat since Ozzy’s death earlier this year.

“She’s not happy. She’s lost her daddy. She can’t eat right now,” Sharon said.
Discussing the cruelty of online trolls, she added, “It’s a shield for unhappy people — jealousy, bitterness… I just feel sorry for them.”

Kelly has repeatedly clarified how she shed weight, revealing she “rapidly” slimmed down after cutting sugar and carbohydrates to avoid developing diabetes following gestational diabetes during pregnancy. She doubled down last year:
“I did not take Ozempic. My mum took Ozempic — not me.”

But this latest wave of criticism comes at a time of profound personal tragedy for the Osbourne family.

Ozzy Osbourne died of heart failure on July 22 at their Buckinghamshire home — just two weeks after performing a final farewell show with Black Sabbath. Sharon emotionally recounted the moment she found him collapsed in their home gym, revealing his poignant last words to her earlier that morning:
“Wake up… kiss me, hug me tight.”

Within 20 minutes of heading downstairs to exercise, he was gone.

She described the desperate attempts to resuscitate him and how she immediately knew he had passed:
“Just leave him. You can’t. He’s gone.”

Sharon also shared that Ozzy had insisted on performing his final show despite doctors warning he might not survive it — a decision that now feels even more heartbreaking.

In the weeks following his passing, both Sharon and Kelly have shared emotional tributes. Sharon marked what would have been his 77th birthday by posting never-before-seen photos and writing,
“I will never let go of your hand until I see you on the other side.”

Kelly wrote her own tribute:
“Happy birthday, Daddy. I miss you. I love you more than life itself.”

Kelly also visited a floral tribute on Black Sabbath Bridge in Birmingham, adding:
“You most certainly did not die an ordinary man. Not a day goes by that I don’t dedicate my life to loving you and your legacy.”

Despite the trolling, Kelly insists her focus now is surviving her grief, caring for her son, and honouring her father’s legacy — not responding to cruel speculation about her body.
