The pair, who began dating in March 2025 shortly after Jazz publicly came out on social media, each shared deeply personal statements on Instagram Stories revealing that their romance had come to a close.

In her post, Jazz reflected tenderly on the relationship, admitting she was “forever grateful” to Demi for standing by her during her “personal journey,” and praised her ex as her “rock” through some of her most challenging moments.

Demi later echoed the heartbreak with her own emotional message, telling followers there was still “so much love” between them, and confessing that she is now navigating a “really heavy time” following the split.

In her post, Jazz said she was ‘forever grateful’ to Demi for supporting her during her ‘personal journey’, and praised her for being her ‘rock’ during challenging times

Jazz wrote:
“Hey everyone. I never thought I’d have to write something like this on a public platform, but since I’ve been so open with you guys about my journey, it only feels right to let you know that Demi and I have decided to part ways after a beautiful 10 months together.

Demi then shared her own post, saying there’s still ‘so much love’ between them, and admitting she’s going through a ‘really heavy time’ since their relationship ended

“I am forever grateful to Demi for being the biggest support throughout my personal journey, best girlfriend, and rock during some really challenging moments. I couldn’t have done it without her.

“We’re both going to be taking some time off socials, so please respect our privacy — we’ll be back soon.”

Demi then shared her own heartfelt tribute:
“It pains my heart to write this… After the most beautiful 10 months together, Jazz and I have decided to go our separate ways.

“There is still so much love between us — a gentle, soft love that doesn’t disappear just because life shifts direction. I’ll always be grateful for the memories, the joy she brought into my life, and the way we cared for each other.

“I also want to thank Jazz’s family for welcoming me with open arms. Their kindness meant everything.

“This is a really heavy time, so I’m stepping away from socials for a while to heal. She was my almost forever — and I’ll always be grateful for her.”

Their romance has played out prominently on Made In Chelsea, though not without complications. Tensions flared on-screen when Jazz’s close friend Jules Pollard expressed doubts about the relationship, something both women later described as emotionally draining to film.

Jules reflected on the situation in an interview with Heat magazine:
“It’s been really difficult the last few months, having to film about it, because it’s so real for me — and for her, and for Demi. Talking about something that means so much to you on camera is tough, but I wanted to be honest.”

Jazz, who joined MIC last year, came out publicly only weeks before the relationship began. Demi previously spoke openly about how their romance started, revealing that a mutual friend had introduced them — insisting they “just clicked” instantly.
