Sophie Cunningham and Caitlin Clark have quickly formed a friendship following their teaming up this season.
Cunningham joined Clark on the Indiana Fever in the offseason, with the team acquiring her in a trade from the Phoenix Mercury. She’s wasted getting to know her new teammate, and fans probably wouldn’t be faulted for assuming they’re already besties.
Curiously enough, some fans have even suggested that they might be more than friends because of a viral video in which Clark seems to be treating Cunningham like eye candy.

Of course, both women are straight. Caitlin has been dating Connor McCaffery for over two years, while Sophie, though single, seems to be looking forward to her next relationship… with a man, based on her social media posts.
None of the above stopped the internet from suggesting that the teammates might be intimately involved.

Sophie came across one of the posts claiming the point guard was giving her the eye and shared it with a caption asking Caitlin to “fix your face.”
Some took the message to mean that Cunningham was telling Clark to forget about any possibility of a fling, while others took it to mean that the former Mercury star was upset at her teammate for exposing their secret.
Of course, both of these theories are reaches.
Cunningham was either poking fun at Clark over the video or purposely trolling everyone else.
Meanwhile, both players are out injured. Clark has been out with a quadriceps strain and will be unavailable for selection until at least June 9.
Cunningham suffered an ankle injury against the Connecticut Sun on Friday and is day-to-day.

“They Thought She’d Stay Silent. She Left a Memoir Instead.” Virginia Giuffre—a fierce survivor, Epstein accuser, and tireless advocate—didn’t speak her truth on a stage or in headlines. Instead, she left behind a whispered legacy: a 400-page memoir, Nobody’s Girl, written in secret, unfiltered, and complete with the names no one dared to type. She never released it while alive. She waited. Then, months after her death, her words began to surface. This isn’t a call for sympathy or a demand for reckoning. It’s a record—steady, undeniable, and final.
