Good Morning America’s Ginger Zee took a break from her day job to help kick off Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars.

The meteorologist showed fans a different side of her, as she strutted her stuff in a new video. Taking to Instagram, Zee got DWTS fans hyped for the brand new season, bringing the heat while on the set of the beloved ABC competition series.

In a video, Zee was behind the scenes of the reality series as the cast prepared for the big premiere. She gave her followers a sneak peek at what’s coming up, while also treating fans to a performance.

The GMA star got the ball rolling by channeling her DWTS days. First, she showed off her moves outside in between the cast trailers before transitioning to a ballroom style in a rehearsal space, proving she hasn’t lost what she learned during her time on the hit ABC show.

It wasn’t all dancing for Zee either, as she also had fun with Robert Irwin and his DWTS partner, Rylee Arnold. Irwin gave Zee and Arnold a little Australian lesson.

Fans also got a peek at the infamous ballroom, as she captioned the video, “It’s not JUST dancing behind the scenes… but it is a lot of dancing. Can’t wait to bring you the finishing touches from the whole cast ahead of @dancingwiththestars premiere tonight!” read part of her caption.

Fans Loved Ginger Zee’s Dancing

The comments section of her post was flooded with fans giving Zee her flowers.

Actress Allison Miller shared, “Love it!🙌” to which Zee responded with a red heart emoji. Social media influencer Erin Washington declared, “She’s still got it 🔥,” and Zee replied, “fills your body when you walk in here.”

“Love this! 🙌Ginger you’ve always been gorgeous! I watch you on GMA everyday!” expressed a fan, as another spilled, “One 🔥🔥🔥Mama…News Stopper… So Very Graceful 💐💞🌹🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.”

One fan stated, “Looking just as beautiful, and dancing just good as you did the first time you were on DWTS.” “Leg game on point as usual!🔥🔥🔥🔥 why aren’t you competing again?” asked a fan, prompting Zee to explain she already had her chance on the show.

Zee appeared on Season 22 of Dancing With the Stars, where she was paired with Val Chmerkovskiy. They did very well, landing in 3rd place. Nyle DiMarco and Peta Murgatroyd took home the MirrorBall Trophy that season.
