I’m A Celebrity fans thought they spotted tension between two ‘fuming and devastated’ stars – as this year’s campmates reunited in the final episode.

Viewers noticed a growing bond between rapper Aitch, 25, and EastEnders alum Shona McGarty, 34, during the ITV show’s latest outing.

Aitch, who was voted out in fourth place on Saturday, sat next to third place Shona after the winner was announced.

Writing online, fans sensed something was off between the pair and claimed Aitch was ‘fuming’ with his co-star.

One viewer penned on X: ‘I think I spoke too soon… Aitch can’t even look at Shona. He’s devastated #imaceleb.’

Another added: ‘Aitch is fuming with Shona. Body language says it all.’

‘Aitch looks like he doesn’t want to be sitting next to Shona’, wrote a third.

It came after Ant and Dec chatted to Shona after it was revealed she had secured third place.

Addressing her bond with Aitch, she shared: ‘To be completely honest, when he came in, he had this like rapper thing going on – ‘mega’ and all that, right?

‘But actually underneath it all, I could tell that he was quite scared of the whole experience.’

Shona added: ‘I just felt like an older sister and I wanted to protect him.’

Reacting to this, a viewer remarked: ‘Aitch fuming Shona said he was scared of being in the jungle then pied him #imaceleb.’

Another chimed in: ‘Aitch hasn’t moved once has he? Must of taken that “big sister” comment by Shona hard.’

Elsewhere, Ant and Dec revealed the truth of the ‘milk bottle scandal,’ as well as Aitch’s involvement in it.

Ant said: ‘Ginge, Kelly and Aitch admitted to the milk bottles, right?’

Shona confirmed this was what she believed, but Ant explained the story Aitch and Ginge told wasn’t true.

Ant continued: ‘They scoffed ten milk bottles between them. Ginge had four and Kelly and Aitch had three on top of what they ate with you in camp.’

Looking around for Aitch on the set, Shona said: ‘Yeah, you wait until I see you, Aitch. It won’t be long.’

Earlier in the series, Aitch told his pal – and eventual winner – AngryGinge: ‘I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Shona, me.’

Following his exit from the jungle, he told the Daily Mail: ‘Romantic, no, not at all, she’s a good friend of mine.

‘I just think we had a bond over the music thing, 95 per cent of the conversations we had in the Jungle was literally just about how sick she is at singing.

‘I knew that she was trying to come out of the Jungle and pursue a music career.

‘I think this is just because of my age, she had the same conversations with Martin, but no one’s going to say she had a romance with him because Martin is married.

‘So, unfortunately, I’m the next option.’

The rapper revealed that when they return to the UK, he will help introduce Shona to his music contacts.

He said: ‘Most of our conversations were me just telling her she sings so well and that she needs to stop being so scared and pursue singing.’

Fans were convinced there was a spark between the two campmates who were both recently single – Shona having split from fiancé David Bracken and Aitch breaking it off with his girlfriend, Lois Cottam, weeks before the Jungle.

It came after Ruby Wax told the Daily Mail: ‘Oh, he’s not her type at all. She likes a hunky man, bigger men, so that she feels female, that’s what she told me.

‘He was not on the list at all, and, their age difference.’

Ruby revealed she had spoken to the pair about the chance of them becoming a couple, ‘because I wanted them to get married,’ but she said it was a ‘no-go’.
