Fox NFL Sunday put together a segment on Green Bay Packers star edge rusher Micah Parsons’ return to face his former team, the Dallas Cowboys, on Sunday Night Football.

To analyze his abilities, the show’s cast headed to their virtual football field.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame pass rusher Strahan was given the task to speak about Parsons’ abilities.

Strahan also demonstrated Parsons’ skills as he pretended to be the four-time Pro Bowler while he went up against Fox NFL Sunday’s Howie Long.

The 53-year-old was on the left side of the pretend defense as he then went to the right side, noting Parsons’ “versatility.”

Strahan then battled host Curt Menefee, who was the pretend offensive tackle, and touched on Parsons’ “speed and leverage.

He proceeded to make contact with Menefee before stopping himself from barreling him over with his chest.

Strahan shared his desire to pancake Menefee in the moment.

“I really wanted to do it to Curt… this has been a dream of mine,” he jokingly said.

Menefee smiled at the remark but comically pretended to slap his colleague in the process.

“But I won’t do that, Curt,” Strahan said.

The segment continued as Strahan noted that Parsons can “raise the Pack” to an elite defense.

Parsons and the Packers’ defense were sensational in their first three games of the season, limiting opponents to less than 20 points in each contest.

The 26-year-old would continue his stellar play, finishing with one sack, two quarterback hits, and seven hurries in his return to Dallas.

But the rest of the Green Bay defense didn’t impress as they allowed Dak Prescott to throw three touchdowns against no interceptions.

The Packers and the Cowboys would tie 40-40 in the primetime game.

It was the first tie in the NFL since 2022.
